New versions are slower to start but perform better

One thing I'd noticed with version 4.3.18 is that virtual machines were taking up a few seconds before they would start. This wasn't an issue in 4.3.12 which I was using for a long time due to the hardened security policy which was preventing me from upgrading.

So, I ran PassMark a few times and I found out that the versions are actually faster

Here are the results:

If you run the benchmarks on the guest, I wouldn't trust them, even if they show an improvement
