Hello there,

I'm a noob to the community and software; which is why I hesitated posting this, but I've read over a 100 different posts related to this issue and I can't find any that can help me solve my problem.

I'm using VirtualBox Version 4.3.18 (the most recent update - at the time of this post), with its appropriate/correct extension pack.

I am trying to run the OS-X Mavericks by Niresh on a Windows 7 HP G62 dual core 64 bit processor; have set 'all' the necessary settings for the virtual OS-X
including the enabled VT-x and AMD-V, Nested Paging and PAE/NX acceleration controls for hardware virtualization. The SATA is a VDI attached to the
Mavericks ISO image file.

Extended Features:

• Enabled I/O APIC
• Disabled EFI

I have tried two known work-around build fixes, just in case:

VBoxManage setextradata <vmname> VBoxInternal/CPUM/MSRs/MsrCoreThreadCount/First 0x00000035

and

VBoxManage modifyvm <vmname> --cpuidset 00000001 000306a9 00020800 80000201 178bfbff

But still no luck

The virtual machine starts and the VirtualBox VESA BIOS appears but no matter what boot option I use; the virtual machine always crashes and doesn't
even start the OS-X. I have attached the VBox.log, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please may you assist me with this problem?
