I need operating systems.

I need help. I need an operating system for my virtual machine. But I cant find any that work. Please help.
You'll need to provide an OS installation disc or ISO for Virtualbox to run, Virtualbox only provides the "computer".
Linux ISO's like Debian or Ubuntu are free to download and use. Windows costs, but is obtainable, and time-limited test versions can be downloaded from Microsoft. Mac OS's, well, unless you have a Mac host, you aren't allowed to run them - Apple doesn't like that.
