Installation of both VirtualBox and VMware Fusion possible?

Hi,

is it possible to install both VirtualBox and VMware Fusion in parallel on the same OS X host?
I don't plan to run both at the same time, but would wan't to use VirtualBox for thinks like Vagrant and Docker.

I run OS X version 10.10.1 (14B25) with VMware Fusion Professional Version 7.0.1 and would like to install the current version of VirtualBox.

I just installed a trial of VMWare Fusion 7.0.1 and have OSX 10.9 running in Fusion and Linux Mint 17.1 RC running in VirtualBox at the same time.

I'm not familiar with Vagrant or Docker.

Just a word of advice. Vagrant is not supported here and (after taking a quick look) I have a feeling that Docker won't be either.

Just to clarify what socratis said, Support for using Vagrant and/or Docker in VirtualBox is not available here. You would have to check their respective forums.
