selected virtual machine is inaccessible message
This drive has been working fine for about a year but all of a sudden cannot find the virtual drive on a windows machine. Re-download the software?? any suggestion would be great.

The error could not be more clear: "File not found". And it tells you exactly which file. In bold. Check to see if the file exists with your Windows Explorer. Re-downloading the software will not help you.
Edit: Check also to see if there is a file "C:\Users\May\VirtualBox VMs\Timeclock Server\Timeclock Server.vbox-prev".

Re: selected virtual machine is inaccessible message
What do you mean "where shall I put it"? Where did you find it to begin with? And which of the two files are you talking about? The .vbox or the .vbox-prev?

Re: selected virtual machine is inaccessible message
I think what socratis was saying is, you should have two files in the "C:\Users\May\VirtualBox VMs\Timeclock Server\" folder. "Timeclock Server.vbox" and "Timeclock Server.vbox-prev". If you only have "Timeclock Server.vbox-prev" in the folder, you can rename it to "Timeclock Server.vbox" then launch your guest.

Re: selected virtual machine is inaccessible message
I think we're jumping the gun here. The error message gives both a path and a filename. Which of these (if any) still exists?

Re: selected virtual machine is inaccessible message
There are 2 that exist... one that ends in .vbox-prev and one that ends in .vbox-tmp. they are both contained in C:\Users\May\VirtualBox VMs\Timeclock Server.mpack wrote:I think we're jumping the gun here. The error message gives both a path and a filename. Which of these (if any) still exists?

Re: selected virtual machine is inaccessible message
Copy "Timeclock Server.vbox-tmp" to "Timeclock Server.vbox" and try to run your VM.
