Error 1790 Load Library failed. Updated.

I am using VirtualBox version 4.3.18, and until today, all was well. I found that I could no longer use the clipboard between host and VM, and that this was true for the 4 VMs I had installed. Host is Windows 7 64-bit.
I re-installed 4.3.18, and now I am unable to run any of the VM images. In all cases, I get:
LoadLibrary failed with error 1790: The network logon failed.
I have also uninstalled, re-booted, and re-installed. It did not help.
As I said, all was well until today. I have not installed any new software on the host, nor have I had any other issues with the machine, nor with other applications.
UPDATE: Sorry, I had no idea this was a security issue. I am now using the 4.3.19 test build, and so far, so good. Thanks,
