Error vitualbox not work

I am installing virtualbox and when intala not let me run get error attached image help please.

p.s. That image could benefit from being a little larger, and compressed using PNG rather than JPEG.

Receiving this error after latest Win updates. Disabling Win Defender (AV) provided a workaround fix for me. I imagine this may be related to a similar error and issue fixed in 4.3.16 with other AV software.

Just for reference my host is Win8.1, virtualBox 4.3.18 (all guest OS's impacted, linux/win2003/7/2008/2012)

VirtualBox 4.3.18 for Windows hosts
I do not have antivirus system is windows 7
When I install it and just uninstalled virtualbox I run out conesion internet.
and open the virtualbox gives me that error attached image

Try downgrading to 4.3.12, and follow the discussions going on the "security" sticky topic listed at the top of this forum.

Make setback Install version 4.3.12 gives me ERROR.
Install version 4.3.10 ERROR And also attached a picture.
