Virtual Box & Server 2012R2 Evaluation

Afternoon,

I am getting a "required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc0000001. It is at the setup.exe -application error. Brand new Dell running Windows 8.1 with full VT capability. Latest Virtual Box software. I have been at this for two days and need it for a class. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of VirtualBox?

Moving to VirtualBox on Windows hosts for now.
