Installing Virtualbox on Windows 10 Technical Preview

1) I downloaded and installed VirtualBox-4.3.18-96516-Win.exe on Windows 10 Technical Preview.
2) When Virtualbox was supposed to start automatically after installation, and/or when I click on the Virtualbox desktop icon, and/or when I click on "c:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VirtualBox.exe", it does absolutely nothing! Virtualbox.exe does show up as a process in task manager for a few seconds, but that's it.
3) The download is good. (I downloaded it twice and compared the files.) I was able to install it successfully on Windows 7.
So, am I overlooking something that needs to be done to install this, or is it not compatible with Windows 10, or ?
