Access printer through network

Hi all, I have installed VirtualBox 4.3.14 on Windows 8 with Windows XP guest OS. I wish to share my HP USB printer on host machine with the guest machine using network sharing. Could someone guide me on how to configure network in the VirtualBox VM settings?

Any help would be appreciated.

"Bridged" will put your guest on the same network as your host, just as if it were another PC you added to your network. The normal Windows printer sharing will work as usual, with Bridged.
