Sometime I launch from this files...

Both VM go well.

But why have dissapeared in one of the virtual machines the vbox extension file ?

.vbox files were introduced in VirtualBox v4.0.0. This version also introduced the concept of a VM folder where all files belonging to one VM are located, and separate media registries for each VM.

The top window shows some of the files used by a VirtualBox v3.x VM. Note in particular that the hard disk image is not stored there.

User manual 10.1: Where VirtualBox stores its files.
