hi,
apology in advance if this is a stupid question. I am a new user.
I have installed the virtualbox on my macbook and having windows 7 as guest. When I switch to scaled mode, the virtualbox gets slow and freezes. The window is too small and is not idea to work. Is there anyway to have bigger screen/window??? If you let me know that what is the idea setting to run this machine on my macbook.
This is the details of my mac:
OSX Yosemite (10.10)
MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2010)
Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256 MB
Many Thanks.

Re: How to change the size of the window
Don't use scaled mode and install the guest additions ( in the guest )
See users manual http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch04.html

Re: How to change the size of the window
Hey... Many thanks for your hint..
To be honest the manual was really confusing. I found a better solution
which might be helpful for other people who has the same issue. Search for "Custom Resolution in VirtualBox" by Bharat Iyer in youtube (I could not send the link as I am not member for more than a day).
