Three processes for one guest?

Three processes for one guest?

Currently I use VirtualBox 4.1.18 on a Win7 64bit.
Some days ago I found a weird thing: after starting a guest I see 3 VirtualBox.exe processes in the Task Manager and 3 VBoxNetDHCP.exe.
Every new guests start 3 new VirtualBox.exe... Why? What are these?
As far as I can remember, I never seen like this before.
