Procesor Virtualbox

Goodbye....Why cant I set more than one processor??

I have a PC

ASUS CM6431
Procesor:Intel Core i7(8x cores)
Hardware:Asus CM6331/CM6431/CM6731
Graphic:NVIDIA GeForce GT640(4GB)
RAM:8GB..
Windows 7 64bit

Version virtualbox 4.3.16 r95972..Thank you :-)

What happens if you click on the up button alongside 1 (or simply type a two in the box)? It should increase to two (if the vm is shut down at the time).

I believe you need to enable VT-x first.

If you wish to continue this conversation then please provide a VM log file: right click VM, choose "Show Log", save "VBox.log" to a zipped file and attach it here.

You need to enable VT-x in your host BIOS. Ask your PC manufacturer how, or see your PC user manual. Assigning cores to a VM is a feature which requires VT-x.
