Can Virtual Box 4.3.18 be installed and run on Microsoft hyperV?

Are there any special instructions?

The strictly correct answer to your question is no, because Hyper-V is not an operating system and VirtualBox is installed and runs as a program under an OS.

If you mean can VirtualBox be run on a Windows host which is also running Hyper-V, the answer is yes and no. It will load and might run 32-bit guests, but would not run 64-bit guests. Hyper-V locks onto hardware virtualization at boot time.

If you mean can VirtualBox run on a system running as a Hyper-V guest, the answer is no, that is not a supported configuration.
