Problem in Virtual box to start virtual machine.

Hi everyone,

I need help to solve the problem in my workstation.
I have a Dell Worksatation using windows 8. Virtual Box help me to run Linux, Windows 7 and windows xp to test environments. Today, I need restart my windows 8, then I started Virtual Box, appears the error. (I attached erros in post).

I tried reinstall but not worked.

Any idea?
