Error on start up apparently is VBoxSDL.exe

Hi guys, im here because i run out of ideas.
I had some time using a VM with ubuntu server for software development and now i got this problem that came from nowhere.
So to make it short
i was using VB normally until one day i got this big windows update (Looks like a fresh install dunno why). since then VB stop working when i hit VirtualBox.exe nothing happen. no main window, no error, no process, no nothing.
so i was googling it and didnt get any solution neither.
Also i tried to uninstall VB and install it again same thing the only thing who shot me an error message is when i execute ( manually ) VBoxSDL.exe.
the error in it says: ": RTLdrOpenWithReader failed: Unknown Status -626 (0xfffffd8e) (Image='\SystemRoot\system32\ntdll.dll')"
Please anyone have a clue about this?

Hi Ignacio,
did you manage for solve this problem? I'm also experiencing the very same behavior on a Windows 10 (build 9878) host. I tried reinstalling 4.3.18 and also using older versions of vbox without any success...
