Vbox in Win8.1 Host and Ubuntu14.04 Guest Problem

First, I´d like to apologise... I´ve tryed what says in "Minimum information needed for assistance" post, but VBoxManage returns "Syntax Error: Invalid Command 'showinfo' " when I called it with "VBoxManage.exe showinfo "Ubuntu_x64_14_04.1" --details". And for some strange reason, I couldnt looked up through command list that it shows, because windows is a bastard and cuts half the output message.
Well, but my main reason to create a post isn´t that. I´ve been using VBox for some years, in Ubuntu hosts. But, now, Im trying in Windows hosts...
Strictly to the problem, I believe it is with 3d acceleration. When it´s active, some programs, like QtCreator (win host, ubuntu guest) leave a trace when their window are moved inside desktop... and when it´s minimized, it leave some "ghost" behind. When I turn off 3d acceleration, problem solved... however, Qt starts to say that it cannot compile anything that uses OpenGL (an error that doesnt exists with 3d acceleration on).
Since Im also new to the forum, cant post images or links to then.
