Clock issue

Post by XPW2014 »

Hi,
First time to use the forum. Please forgive me if my question has been asked/answered before.

My guest Windows XP works perfectly except the clock that is one hour behind the host/real time. There seems no way to correct it.
VirtualBox: 4.3.18 r96516 for Linux, 64Bit
Host: CentOS 7.0.1406, 64 bit
Guest: Windows XP Pro 32bit, with SP3

Any idea?

Thanks!

Is it always 1 hour off? This would be the guests time zone setting not VirtualBox.

Another possibility is that it's a daylight savings time correction issue. This would be configurable in the guest OS - in XP you double click the clock in the taskbar. Make sure that the guest has the same settings as the host for time zone and daylight savings adjustment.
