Updated to 4.3.18, all VMs no longer work

After I upgraded to 4.3.18, every single VM I created in the older version ceased to function. They all give me the same error. I'm attaching the log (in a zip folder, because my is it large). I tried simply making a new VM with the existing hard drive, but no luck. I'm hoping someone here can help me.
