Win 7 Networking problem

I am running VBX 4.3.17 r96047 in a Win 7 Prof SP1 system.
I have numerous (6) VMs all Win 7 Prof SP1 and use Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (Bridged Adapter, Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller) as the Adapter 1 setting.
I have user accounts defined on all of the Guests and on the Host for all the others. ( I have a problem with Home group settings, old XP system).
This works fine at the moment I can access any of the guests from any other guest to allow transfer of files etc.

I have just installed a new Guest Win 7 Prof SP1 machine and cannot get it to connect to any of the others.
I have used IPCONFIG /ALL and found that the new Guest machine has a IP address of 10.0.2.15(Preferred) where all the others have an IP address of 192.168.1.N(Preferred).

Until I can get this resolved I am at a standstill in a development project.

HOW do I fix this?

You have selected the NAT, not the Bridged option in the network configuration of your latest guest. Changing it to Bridged should fix it.
