Windows 7 pro 32bit guest network errors

problem solved, switched to bridged instead of nat

I tried changing the natsettings to 1500,1024,1024,1024,1024 hoping that it would eliminate what I think are sporadic network drops while running the Virtual Machine. After doing so the same problem is happening where the Guest machine running an application is not able to load or save documents to a mapped network drive.

I'm not sure if anyone can give me some tips of things to try, I really appreciate any feedback.
