not opening in windows 7 sp 1, failed to create com object

hi guys,

im new user of virtual machine, i want to try windows 10 technical preview in virtual machine,

but virtual machine not supporting in my system i dono what to do.,, error below

Is the host 64bit?

VirtualBox should be installed using "Run as administrator", while logged in as the correct user (i.e. not "Admin"). Then a full reboot of the host wouldn't hurt, even if you aren't prompted.
