I have NAT adapter enabled. Guest is unable to use the host VPN to connect to servers. Any help is appreciated.

I am not surprised. VPN connections are point-to-point connections, not ordinary network connections, and usually cannot be either shared or routed.

I would use bridged networking and connect the guest using its own VPN connection.
