Critical Error when Installing Snow Leopard 10.6.3

I'm attempting to install Snow Leopard 10.6.3 using VB 4.3.18 onto my Windows 7 64bit system. I'm not using any guest additions and I am using a retail Snow Leopard disc not an image. I've designated 6GB of RAM to the VM out of 16GB on my host system. I receive a critical error once I begin installing from the disc. I'm using iBoot.iso and have made sure to uncheck the Enable EFI under the System tab of my VM.
