Problem whenever trying to start Virtual Operating System

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine OperatingSystem.
The virtual machine 'OperatingSystem' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\Max Mitchell\VirtualBox VMs\OperatingSystem\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'.
