Error creating a virtual machine with VirtualBox 4.3.16

Hello,

under Windows 7 as well as under Windows 8.1 I am not able to create a virtual machine with the latest version of VirtualBox (the older 4.3.12 works without any problems). When I completed the wizard and want to boot the new VM for the first time, I get the error message that (literally translated) VirtualBox was not able to open a new session for the new VM (-> screenshot).

You might have better luck with the 4.3.17 test build. See the "Security issues" discussion stickied at the top of this forum.
