Failed to create Fedora16 machine on Windows7

Hi All,
Failed to create Fedora16 machine on Windows7, I am facing two issues:
1) Couldn't see 64bit options while creating the VM
2) When created 32bit machine then blank screen comes after few seconds and nothing happens after that. I attached the logs files, please see for details.
Help is much appreciated.
