Is there a way that we could get different IP address on guest host when using DHCP on NAT? I've created multiple guest hosts on VBox but all of them get the same ip address with 10.0.2.15. Is there a way to have them picked up different ip address from DHCP VBox?

If you want multiple guests, able to communicate with each other, you need to use NAT network. See the manual for details (Chapter 6.4).
