Appreciate your support in my below issue I am facing,

I am using a Windows 7 64 bit Host , Oracle VM Box release 4.3.16 r95972
and running a Windows 7 64 bit as a Guest with the following Network Setting
" Bridge Adaptor"
from the drop down list I have 3 entries "physical local Area / Wireless Internet Card / 3G USB Mobile Network "
1st Scenario that Works with no problems is as follows

I configure the bridge network by choosing the Wireless internet card
the Guest OS has connection to the internet with no problem
2nd Scenario that has the problem is as follows

when I configure the bridge adaptor by choosing the 3G US Mobile network Adaptor
the Guest OS has a toggling state between having and losing the network connection and sometimes I find a pop up message that there is a duplicate ip configured on the network
I tried the following workarounds
--------------------------------------
- setting the Local area network on the Guest OS by a static IP within the same range of he Host OS IP and subnet and same DNS setting
- I tried to configure the IP on the Guest OS in a different subnet from the one used in the Host
