You have installed the Ubuntu fork of VirtualBox which we do not support. So you would need to ask them what the issue could be.

I don't see any reason why it is not working for you but you do keep mentioning that you can not connect to wireless.
1) the guest will never see a wireless connection. It uses a wired connection to the host and however the host connects that is what the guest will use.
2) if NAT does not work then Bridged probably will not either.

prolbem solved, my friend did it. instead of eth0, i had to choose wlan0 connection. As simple as that. Thanks Perry for help.
