My host is win7 . My guests are winXP,Solaris01. How can I copy paste files directly betweem host and guests as VM does ?
I need not to use shared folder as usual .

You can't. Shared folders is it, or something like FTP.
Are you concerned about security? Don't be. GA shared folders are quite safe - much safer than drag and drop of files.

It's been requested many times. Probably not going to happen soon, and not unless paying customers bellyache about it. In short - don't hold your breath.
And incidentally, no - even if I wanted the feature I do not have any power to make it happen. I'm just a mod on a user forum, not a devteam member.
