Virtual Box

Ahoi,

I guess has been asked alot already but im somehow to stupid to find.
My problem is that i wanted to Install Ubuntu 12.04.05 with the Virtual Box.
I installed the VB + Extension Pack and now i wanted to start the machine and load the ISO but than this loading bar appears and nothing happens from there on ...

I already reinstalled the VB but it didnt help either

Is that a common prob? Anyone knows solution?


Edit: somewhere i read the problem has to do something with antivirus im using avast :/

You don't give enough information for anyone to help you, for example you don't mention the VirtualBox version. Assuming that it might be 4.3.14 or 4.3.16, I suggest that you uninstall it and install 4.3.12 instead.

If you need to continue this conversion then provide zipped VM log file as an attachment.
