Reading the other posts in forum i can see that VirtualBox have support to USB Port 3.0 but not USB Device 3.0, and my device (i1120 scanner) isn't USB 3.0, just my notebook port is 3.0. So, this is probaly not the problem.

Did you complete the rest of the steps one-by-one or you simply looked at "USB3"?
