error Virtualbox 4.3.16，bug report

When I run Virtualbox 4.3.16 in winXP SP3, then throw out a exception and auto exit.
but I can running in WIN7 without any problems.

so, I use windbg to debug virtualbox, and find the errors :

4.3.16 is not a beta version, hence this forum (Beta Feedback) is not the proper place for a discussion.

I will move the topic to a better place, e.g. "Windows Hosts". However you have still left out a lot of important information: e.g. exact wording of the error message or a screenshot of the error, plus a VM log file.
