NAT network - disable DHCP

Is there a way to turn off DHCP server in VirtualBox NAT network ?

Without having tried this -

There is an option to not support DHCP if you create a new NAT network.

I see Host-Only tab. Its actually not a tab but only available option.
Could be that I need to upgrade my VB as it is still 4.1.8.
