Delayed network connectivity since 4.3.16

I recently updated my Virtualbox to 4.3.16 and since then I notice a strange behavior regarding my network adapter. I use Windows 8.1 and after logging into the system the network symbol in tray shows a yellow warn sign. This sign usually disappears after may be 15 seconds. During this period I don't have access to the internet. Does anyone else have this problem and a solution?
