No, I have no further ideas. Lots of people are running XP VMs on all kinds of hosts using 4.3.12, and not that I know of are reporting this problem. That means there is something unusual about your scenario, but you seem to be unwilling to dig to find out what that is.
If you are getting this issue with 4.3.12 then it isn't a VirtualBox problem. It has the look of a bad device driver - but you would have to explain how a non-VM, non-VirtualBox driver got into a VirtualBox VM. Nothing you've said so far gives me any clue.
The only further thing I would suggest is to try booting the VM in safe mode, and try to pin down what driver it's crashing on.

| Edit: I do notice one other thing, which is that you have not installed the extension pack. This would prevent you from using USB devices. If you want to continue this discussion then I'll require an updated log file showing that you're running 4.3.12. |
