How to get the Zoom window in Access in VirtualBox.

Currently taking a class in Microsoft Access. It asks us to go put in a Fields in Design view the Customer Number, Customer Name, Amount Paid, and Current Due. Then the next field "RIGHT CLICK" and a pull down menu comes up, and select "Zoom". Well since there is no right click on a Mac, normally I would have to do it another way. But in this case...I don't know what to push to get the pull down menu to select "Zoom". Can someone who have taken or done Access in VirtualBox, know how I would do that?

of course there is a right click on a Mac. what mouse, touch pad, track pad are you using?
