So I'm using right now Windows 7 64 bit.
If I install in a virtual box an other copy will it require activation,
a) making my main copy invalid?
b) allowing both copies to work fine and legit?
Btw sorry if this is the wrong forum. But I'm really confused in what forum my question belongs.
I mean I was doubting between this forum and the Windows Guests forum.
For I don't know what the difference is between both.

The VM is a separate PC and will require separate activation. Whether your license allows multiple activations is something you need to ask Microsoft about. We can't speak for them.
