VM restart always

Hi everybody!!!

My name is Tntsei and i'm new of this forum!!!

I have a problem that for this moment i can't solve: Problem it's that i have a virtual machine that i need to start with virtual box.
After create a new VM, named the VM and charge my VDI file, Virtual Box start to charge the VM but restart, charge the main page of VM, start to charge again the VM and again restart......forever!!

The SO is Windows Xp Service Pack1 and my PC is Windows7.
Below i have attacched the logs file with the error.
