Problems installing windows in VM

I'm having several problems during the installation of Windows on my VM.
Every time I start the process of installing the OS, the machine features a BSOD 124.
I've done all of the hardware test but did not show any problem. Even installed windowns 7 on another HD because the problem could be the installation but the problem continued.
Does anyone have any idea what it is?
