Gross impropriety

HI peeps, I have just now registered an account here, which took me no less that 20 minutes owing to the extensive information which was requested to be provided in order to post here. I'm unsure why 'guest' accounts would not be allowed but I think I can guess that why and it has nothing to do with security and everything to do with blah.
I downloaded Oracle virtualbox some days ago now. I have been trying for a couple of hours in total to uninstall virtualbox, to no avail. Can someone please explain a simple method of getting rid of this program in a system running windows? Does one need to uninstall windows, then format the hard drive and then reinstall windows in order to get rid of what seems like spy ware?
Why is this program so hard to delete?
Why is it, that many topics going back several 'years' mention the same issues? Why is this 'issue' still occurring if the topic has been brought to the attention of Oracle so many times?
Could it be, that Oracle has designed this software in such way as to make it very hard to uninstall deliberatly? Me thinks so.
I would like to get rid of Virtualbox, and as a result of having wasted so much time already, and wasting more time trying to create an account just to post one question and seek to provide 'suggestions' as to how to improve things, I will never again have anything to do with any Oracle products and services.
I may be misguided in my reasoning....but if Oracle desires to improve software and services, they should at the very least make sure that any such software can be 'uninstalled' easily and without delay. To have to spend hours trying to remove a program, and then to have to go to this web site and create and account....is nothing short of blah and it no doubt reflects some of the ethical considerations and lack thereof which this company displays. Surely, not being able to easily uninstall this 'virtualbox' has everything to do with either, (a) bugs, or (b) Oracles not respecting the wishes of potencial customers in so designing the software to be hard to remove.
Either design software that does not have the bugs which lead to having to spend 20 minutes to create an account to address the issue, or just respect customers and allow them to choose whether they want that application.
So, from the beginning....is there a way I can easily get rid of this software once and for all?
Lastly, the account information....the collection of it....seems very seedy and is indeed reflective of a lack of ethical standards at Oracle. There is no need for the collection of so much information but for potencial exploitation. Gross impropriety is you will. Just because you can...doesn't mean you should!
