Virtual Box on Windows 7 running openSUSE

Hello folks,
I'm trying to install openSUSE image on VB, but i get the error message.
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine OpenSUSE-CS300.
The virtual machine 'OpenSUSE-CS300' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1). More details may be available in 'C:\Users\KitKat\VirtualBox VMs\OpenSUSE-CS300\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'.
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

what might be the issue??
