CDR103 error ?

Hi
Im trying to install Windows 98 Second Editon on Swedish. And when i insert the ISO file into my virutal machine it says "CDR103: CDROM not High Sierra or ISO-9660 format reading drive R"
I tryed to (((((download another abandonware windows 98 se version ISO)))) and it dont work.
Can someone help me please
