WinXP guest doesn't star: VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND

Hi all,
I'm trying to run a modern.ie-provided WinXP guest on my Win7 x64 PC. I'm on VirtualBox 4.3.16 r95972.

If I select NAT networking, the VM starts ok, but when I switch to the Bridged-mode I need, the VM doesn't start:

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine IE6 - WinXP.

Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-Intel(R) 82578DM Gigabit Network Connection' (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).

I've Kaspersky Antivirus installed, but I paused it.

I tried to run VB both regular administrator user and as "run as administrator".
