Failed installation - An Internal error occurred.

So this happens on a Windows 7 64-bit.

When I run the installer, I get an error during the installation process.
I've tried running different builds to see if it was an issue with the first build I was running, but it always fails when it gets to "Updating component registration".
I've attached the error window during the install process #1 and what I get on the final window #2.

I'm not to sure what could be the cause and how to debug this, so any insight would be appreciated.
