I have installed windows 7 in guest using ubuntu14.04lts as host.
Now everything works fine, but clipboard and drag and drop doest work at all
i tried all
1. Installed the guest edition in windows
2. Restarted the virtualbox service from task manager.
Nothing works at all ...is there any possible solution for same ???

Drag and drop has nothing to do with the clipboard, and anyway is not supported for Windows guests.
The clipboard can be used to copy "live" text and graphics only, i.e. not files. The GAs must be installed, and you must also enable the feature in the VM settings.
If you want to copy files then install the GAs and configure a shared folder.
