VirtualBox crashing upon attempting to install OS X ML

Hi! First time using this program (obviously) and I've stumbled across a problem. I'm trying to install OS X Mountain Lion 10.8 on my Windows 7 64-bit computer. I've watched a few tutorials on YouTube and followed them as they explained the steps.
I'm on the Hackboot1 screen, change it to the install disc, refresh the screen, and hit enter. A few chains of words followed by a black screen, and then it crashes. What can I do to fix this?
I've allocated 4096mb of RAM to it out of 8192mb total, unticked EFI, 4 Processors, Video Memory to 128mb, and then changed the disc under the storage tab to the Hackboot1 and that's all I've changed. I've also installed the extension pack.
I see the tutorials put the OS under "Mac OS X Server" whereas mine is just "Mac OS X" since I can't find the server option. I've also tried the Mountain Lion option instead of the Mac OS X only option. I've attached the log via .rar to compress.
Help would be much appreciated!
(Am using the latest version of VirtualBox to date. (4.3.16)
