Virtual Box 4.3.16 R95972 Error installing Windows Help 2x

My Host- Toshiba r600 5GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 7 PRO 64 Bits, Virtual box 4,3,16 r95972
I tried to install windows 7 32 bits, and always system stops at same step, near to access disk with error, even with other dvd´s.
VM Windows 7 is created with defaults, I do not check SSD option at storage, and only change a minor parameters.
At Log I notice 4921 MB and 3847MB available...
I include Log file and Image.
I noticed to create a XP VM I must use near 196 MB more RAM replicates the same problem, I stop anti-virus Kaspersky and exit allmost application I do same test without good results.
I deleted the first tests windows 7 machine, and I create this new one, at installation I have the same error.

I can create XP machines from 192 MB to 256 MB ram did not test higher as I pass to Windows 7 32 bits.
Change my Toshiba Bios to Virtualization Technologies VT-x & VT-d enable , after reboot I ran VBox at settings I change the Windows 7 VM at Settings ->System-> Base Memory 388MB, Processor Execution Cap to 97%, Aceleration (hardware Virtualization - Enable VT-x/AMD-V strange my for my intel Core 2 Duo U9400 ???, I enable Nested Paging, at Storage I change my disk *.vdi with parameter Solid State Drive.
After it I start the VM with Windows 7 32 bits, and I have got a successful installation. a VM with Windows 7 388MB base memory !!!,I always control with task manager and memory is near 2202/2185 MB Free, with VM and desktop open.
I close it and try to create a VM with 512 MB Base memory and with this I still got the same error message, I noticed I forgot to include Log file, so this time I send it.
I really tryed to understand the problem, and my conclusion is always memory, even with task manager reporting 32% memory free.
I´m newbie at Virtual Box, but I really like to understand how to correct this miss, as this will be usefull to test several machines, if it works as it was been made to...
Any information will be given ASAP, double thanks to anyone who wants to spend time helping me.
